If the order has been processed and shipped you cannot cancel the order

Returns and Exchanges:

Belle Bottom Baby takes pride in offering you the highest quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 14 business days of receipt of item(s) and we will provide you with a refund, less your shipping costs.

Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns. Except in the case of shipment error or damaged items.

Please note all returns must be sent via UPS or registered mail as we need a signature.

Gift returns will receive a store credit.

In addition, undergarments, swimwear, sale items, and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased in our store in Woodland Hills cannot be returned via the internet.
